TOWN OFFICE BUILDING 10:00 A.M.
First Selectman Eldredge called the meeting to order at 10:05 A.M. with the following in attendance: Selectmen Palmer & Charette, Assessor M. Huda, Attorney D. Forsyth and Attorney M. Collins.
EXECUTIVE SESSION – PENDING CLAIMS/LITIGATION – A.S.H.O.W.
FIRST SELECTMAN ELDREDGE MOVED TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 10:06 A.M. TO DISCUSS PENDING CLAIMS/LITIGATION – A.S.H.O.W. AND TO INVITE M. HUDA, D. FORSYTH AND M. COLLINS.
Selectman Collins seconded the motion.
VOTE: 3 YES (ELDREDGE, PALMER & COLLINS) 0 NO
M. Huda, D. Forsyth and M. Collins left the meeting at 12:00 P.M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION – PENDING CLAIMS/LITIGATION – KECHKES ROAD BRIDGE
First Selectman Eldredge call the second Executive session – Pending Claims/Litigation – Kechkes Road Bridge to order at 12:01 P.M. with Selectmen Palmer and Charette in attendance.
SELECTMAN PALMER MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT 12:25 P.M.
Selectman Charette seconded the motion.
VOTE: 3 YES (ELDREDGE, PALMER & CHARETTE) 0 NO
